We've recently introduced a new portal to improve your returns experience, wherever you are in the world.

With an intuitive interface and new options for returning your shoes, you can buy with confidence that if your pair aren't perfect, we're on hand to help you return them quickly and easily. 

If you're looking to swap your return for a different pair of shoes, we now have the 'Shop Now' option. Return your pair for store credit and receive an extra 5% of the value of your return as a gift card to spend with us.

For customers in the UK, you can return your items via Royal Mail free of charge. Print out your returns label at home, or simply download your QR code to show at your Royal Mail delivery point. 

And for customers in the EU & the Rest of the World, we've introduced new returns options to make shopping with us even easier.

We offer assisted returns with VAT and duty refunds in Europe. EU customers are able to purchase a DHL returns label at a discounted rate.

Customers outside the EU are able to receive assisted returns with the ability to purchase a DHL returns label at a discounted rate.
