Abbot’s warehouse is based in the UK.

Europe: Customs and Import Duties are calculated and paid at checkout. This means there will be no extra duties, taxes or handling fees when your order arrives.

Customers outside the UK and Europe: Orders are shipped outside Europe and the UK on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded from the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. These charges are collected by our shipping partner DHL on behalf of your local border. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Abbot’s does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.

If you need to return a product purchased from us, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and the returns tag must still be attached.

Once received you will be entitled to a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Consignment is where we sell your shoes in your behalf. In return we take a percentage of the sales price once the shoes sell. Please visit our 'Sell' page for more information.

Yes, every shoe we sell authenticated by our experts.

The vast majority of the shoes we sell are factory 'firsts'. We do sell a small amount of seconds/subs/B stock, but this will always be clearly stated in the product description.

Yes, please add the items you interested in to the basket, shipping discounts will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reliably source specific pairs of shoes in specific sizes and conditions. We do however regularly add a wide range of new stock to the website. See our new arrivals.

Most of the shoes we sell are at fixed prices, often pre-agreed with sellers. However, we will consider sensible offers close to the asking price for higher value pairs, or those we have had listed for an extended period.

Yes, we provide a £10 off discount when you sign up to our email newsletter.
