Customs and Import Charges:

Abbot’s warehouse is based in London in the UK. Products are sold to international customers excluding VAT.

You may be required to pay customs or import duties when ordering from us depending on your shipping address. This cost is not included in the prices on the website.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. These charges are collected by our shipping partner DHL on behalf of your local border.

We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Abbot’s does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.

Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Abbot’s. In the event a delivery is refused or unclaimed we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur in recovering your parcel.

Remote Area Shipping Policy:

Our international shipping partner DHL classes certain areas as 'remote'. If your address is classed as 'remote' your parcel will be shipped via a suitable alternative tracked courier of our choosing.
