HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

We've made our returns process even easier. To request a return, please visit our Returns Portal here.

Our Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and the returns tag must still be attached.
  • Please note, we cannot accept returns if the shoes have been tried on outside, or the soles are in worse condition than when they were shipped. We’d recommend that you ensure your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpet before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces. 
  • Once we have received your return you will be entitled to a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless a mistake has been made by Abbot's.

Free UK Returns

We offer free returns in the UK using Royal Mail. Once your request has been approved you will receive instructions on how to access your free Royal Mail returns label.

Assisted European Returns (VAT & Duty Refunds)

We offer assisted returns with VAT and duty refunds in Europe. European customers are able to purchase a DHL returns label at a discounted rate. Once your returns request has been approved you will receive instructions on how to purchase a DHL return label.

Once we have processed your refund any VAT or duties paid at checkout will be refunded by Abbot's back to you.

Assisted Global Returns

We offer assisted returns and allow global customers to purchase a DHL returns label at a discounted rate*. Once your request has been approved you will receive instructions on how to purchase a DHL return label.

Note, for our international customers outside of Europe you will need to contact your local border in order to obtain VAT or duty refund.

*Unfortunately, there are small number of countries we are unable to offer assisted returns to. For these countries customers will need to arrange their own return shipping back to our warehouse. If you are returning from one of these countries, please contact us and we will be happy to help provide further information.

Receiving Your Refund

Once your return has been received at Abbot's and the shoe condition has been confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
