Orders placed before 11:00 am GMT Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1 working day

• Tracking information provided by email once your order has been shipped.
• Your order will be protected by quality sustainable packaging.
• We are on hand to help with any query you may have and will respond within 1 day.

Europe

Customs and Import Duties are calculated and paid at checkout. This means there will be no extra duties, taxes or handling fees when your order arrives.

FedEx International Connect, 2 - 5 working days - £14 to £28 

USA

Any orders under $800 USD will not require any additional import duties charges.

Customs and Import Charges for Customers Outside the UK & Europe:

Abbot’s warehouse is based in the UK.

Products are sold to international customers outside the UK and Europe excluding VAT. 

Customers outside the UK and Europe may be required to pay customs or import duties when ordering from us, depending on your shipping address. This cost is not included in the prices on the website.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Orders are shipped outside Europe and the UK on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded from the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. These charges are collected by our shipping partner DHL on behalf of your local border.

We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Abbot’s does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.

Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Abbot’s. In the event a delivery is refused or unclaimed, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur in recovering your parcel.
