UK sellers will be provided with a free Royal Mail postage label once our quote is accepted.

International sellers are responsible for their own postage costs and instructions for shipping will be provided once our quote is accepted.

Once a quote is agreed we will send you a shipping label* in order for you to send your shoes to us. Once arrived and inspected we’ll pay you for them within 5 working days of arrival to our warehouse.

This is where we sell your shoes on your behalf on our website in exchange for a percentage of the final sale price.

We will quote how much we think we can sell your shoes for on our website and the amount you will receive once your shoes sell. If the quote is accepted we will send you a shipping label* in order for you to send your shoes to us. We then maximise the value of your shoes by professionally cleaning, photographing and listing your shoes on our sales platforms. Once the 14 day return period has ended you will receive payment within 5 working days - our fee will be deducted from the final sales price.

Consigning with us will always give the maximum payout in comparison to Trade-in and Direct Sale.

Trade-in will always give you a higher amount than Direct Sale.

Direct Sale - our simplest and most popular option. We purchase your shoes directly from you for 'cash'.

Trade-in - best if you have your eye on another pair of shoes and would like sell a pair of your own shoes quickly that you no longer use.

Consignment - best if you are looking for the maximum amount for your shoes and don't mind waiting for them to sell on our website. Also best for selling large collections of shoes.

Direct Sale: Within 5 working days of date of receipt to our offices.

Trade-in: Within 5 working days of date of receipt to our offices.

Consignment: Within 5 working days of date of your shoes selling and our 14 day return period expiring.

We offer two payment options, bank transfer or PayPal. International bank transfers are sent via Wise.

Sellers who opt to trade-in their shoes will be paid via a gift card valid on our website.

Direct Sale/ Trade-in: In our quote we will indicate up front how much you will be paid.

Consignment: We will quote how much we think we can sell your shoes for on our website and the amount you will receive once your shoes sell. We will never discount the sale price of your shoes without your prior consent.
