Abbot’s warehouse is based in the UK.
Products are sold to international customers outside the UK and Europe excluding VAT.
Customers outside the UK and Europe may be required to pay customs or import duties when ordering from us, depending on your shipping address. This cost is not included in the prices on the website.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Orders are shipped outside Europe and the UK on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded from the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. These charges are collected by our shipping partner DHL on behalf of your local border.
We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Abbot’s does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.
Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Abbot’s. In the event a delivery is refused or unclaimed, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur in recovering your parcel.

Suede tongue pads are perfect additions to shoes which are either too loose, or shoes that are causing pain from pressure on the area of the foot beneath the laces.
The pads also work especially well for loafers and shoes with heel slippage. The pads reduce the size of the instep and secure the foot in place reducing movement within shoes.
Abbot's don't advise using heel grips/pads and feel a tongue pad is a better fitting aid.

Directions for use:
The tongue pad is attached by sealing the self-adhesive backing to the inside of the tongue. Place the wider part of the pad facing upwards. Ensure that the area where the pad will be attached is clean and dry before application, and fit against the top of the tongue in a straight line pointing towards the toe.
It is possible to remove tongue pads and they will last multiple applications, but please note that with each removal and application the adhesive will wear down. We recommend using a separate pair of pads for each pair of shoes you intend to use them with.
