To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
The item must be in the same condition as you recieved it.
The returns label must still be attached.
We cannot accept returns of shoes that have been worn outside or the soles are in worse conditon than when they arrived.
We offer free UK Returns with Royal Mail. Once your return request has been approved you will receive instructions on how to access your free Royal Mail returns label.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless a mistake has been made by us.
Buyers outside the UK are responsible for their own return shipping and should consider using a tracked shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 1-5 working days.
If the return is rejected, we will return the item back to you.
